Ithaca Coffee Company is a small-batch, USDA-organic specialty coffee roaster founded in 1982 and now based at 702 Hancock Street in Ithaca, NY. They source seasonal single-origin beans and craft signature blends—such as the Garden Blend and Red Rooster Espresso—roasted within 24 to 48 hours of order to ensure peak freshness. Their Hancock Street café features a full espresso bar with expertly pulled shots, pour-overs, and drip coffee, along with a rotating selection of house-made breakfast and lunch items like sandwiches and baked goods.
