Silo Food Truck features award-winning fried chicken and other homemade recipes that blend the comforts of Southern cooking with a unique ethnic twist. Located at Liquid State Brewing Company in Ithaca Wed-Sunday for in person dine-in or pick up service. The Silo events truck travels around the Finger Lakes for public or private events, festivals, weddings and other commuinty celebrations.
