LEARN Workshop: Restoring Connections and Wellness: From Resilience to Thriving

Nationally recognized organization wellness expert, Dr. Joel Bennett, will join us in Ithaca for this interactive, uplifting workshop!

This workshop provides participants (community members, employees, employers) with hands-on tools for self-care, resilience, and social support.

You will learn specific steps for identifying and transforming stress into a positive resource.

This workshop is part of an ongoing strategy to build a healthy community in Ithaca and Tomkins County.

Participants are asked to provide feedback and input so we can continually make this better.

Co-Facilitators: Dr. Joel Bennett of OWLS and Stacy Cangelosi of Alcohol & Drug Council.
