Anxiety of Leadership
Wake Up Leadership Tompkins!
As a leader, do you feel like you should have all the answers? Do you feel the weight of responsibility resting on your shoulders? Do you dread difficult conversations? You’re not alone! A lot of leaders experience workplace-related anxiety.
Grab a friend and join us at Coltivare on Friday, July 28, from 8–10 a.m. to network with other professionals, learn more about Leadership Tompkins, and join the conversation with Rich Gallagher, licensed marriage and family therapist. Rich will help you change the way you think about anxiety-inducing situations and provide tools you can use right now to relieve the pressure.
Registration is available at the Tompkins Chamber of Commerce Website. There is a $10 registration fee, which covers the workshop and light refreshments.
All participants will also receive a copy of Rich’s new book, No Bravery Required: A Clinically Proven Program for Fears, Phobias and Social Anxiety.
