Women's Leadership Retreat w/ Kim Wunner & BLOC

Join Kim Wunner Consulting & Coaching, Gladys Brangman of Business Leaders of Colors and the Tompkins Chamber for an inspiring day of goal setting, personal strategic planning, and supporting other women business leaders. 
 

The women's leadership retreat will harness your innate power to lead you into your greatness. It is an opportunity for the women of Tompkins County to come together and support each other's authentic selves as we lay out our plans and goals for 2024. 

 

We are all dreaming big. We are going to make those goals happen by writing our strategic plan for the year. Whether you are a business owner, new in your career or a senior leader you need a strategic plan to guide where you are going. 

 

This is your opportunity to deep dive into your strengths and opportunities, evaluate your resources, determine what you want to leverage and what is time to put aside. This will be oriented from a place of connectedness to your values and vision.

 

After all our hard work, we will network and relax together!

 

Remember, goals without a plan are just dreams!

2:30-3:00 conclusion and next steps
