Position Information
• Part-time, 25 hours per week
• Non-exempt

Position Purpose
The Donor Engagement Manager advances Lifelong’s mission by building and nurturing relationships with individual donors, corporate sponsors, community partners, volunteers, and supporters. This position leads donor cultivation, stewardship, fundraising initiatives, sponsorship development, donor communications, and donor record management.

Key Responsibilities
• Cultivate, steward, and solicit individual donors, sponsors, and community partners.
• Develop and implement annual fundraising strategies and campaigns.
• Process gifts and donations and ensure timely donor acknowledgements and stewardship communications.
• Maintain accurate donor, sponsor, and prospect records in DonorView.
• Coordinate fundraising events, sponsorship initiatives, and donor engagement activities.
• In collaboration with Executive Director, coordinate direct mail appeals, online fundraising campaigns, and donor communications.
• Represent Lifelong at community outreach, networking, and fundraising events.
• Prepare fundraising reports and donor engagement metrics for leadership and the Board.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director and Board Development and Community Relations Committee.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Two or more years of fundraising, donor relations, development, marketing, communications, sales, or community engagement experience.
• Experience with donor databases or CRM systems; DonorView preferred.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Commitment to Lifelong’s mission and the well-being of older adults.

Work Environment
This position is scheduled for 25 hours per week with some remote work available. Occasional evening and weekend attendance is required for fundraising events, donor cultivation activities, and community outreach. Ability to transport event materials up to 20 pounds required.

Compensation & Benefits
• Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) including holidays, vacation, personal days and sick time
